I'm arguing because healthy plants pray. Simple as that. It doesn't always mean something is wrong. I have much experience as well and I'm saying that healthy plants will pray as opposed to them saying if leaves are praying then there is something wrong @mr sunshine

They pray for multiple reasons, both good or bad. They need to take notes as well because I grow medicine and have been for 15 years. That is all.

I will relay this topic to some well known breeders and post the answer after they reply, then this topic can be put to rest. Be patient folks.

can't believe some of you think praying leaves is a bad thing.. when the roots are thriving and not too dry your plant will pray. when the plant is nearly dry is the best time for soil for plant root growth. roots only thrive in good oxygen/water/nutrient balance

Welcome to class ladies and gentlemen, i need your full attention so your new happy healthy brains can absorb this information and possibly retain the information as well.

"The "praying" of healthy plants we are referring to is when you don't over feed your plant and most of your conditions are dialed in, or close to ideal. The fan leaves act as solar panels. I think we can all agree that the leaves are similar to solar panels, no? OK, since we are all in agreement with that, what do solar panels do? They follow and rotate and angle to collect the most sun that they can. Also, for you science buffs out there, there is a publication about leaves angling themselves to allow light to the lower parts of the plant because the tops are producing so much sugar they are on over drive, ah ha! no more popcorn buds anyone? Angled leaves allows better light penetration. If anyone has grown an outdoor plant or they'd see this for themselves. When a plant grows 2-4" a day and it prays the entire time. Your outside ladies will face/follow the sun ALL DAY (if not overfed/watered).... etc....... Indoors, the "sun" doesn't move so they just stand straight toward the light. Different times of the day, they'll pray more. According to their feeding, foliar spray, etc.... the erection of the fans will vary but all follow a specific pattern (according to how dialed in you are). Now for some pictures of those solar panels in action! These pics are all of happy healt hy plants in an ideal growing environment and thanking you by praying
