couple things going on. ur plants are moving N and so its normal to see yellowing this late in a grow. purple results from a P lockout due to cold. it also happens normally late in a grow regardless of temps. its not an issue and a little purple in a bud usually is a good thing.
looks like u did some major pruning and are u running floros? ur plants are a little spindly. u will still get nice dank but it won't be heavy dense nuggies. still fine for personal use.
Ya i did some major pruning a week and a bit ago - because od the t5's i wanted to get some light penetration - didnt seem to harm them or stop growth at all, but ive since done some learning in this area.

These are the 4th and 5th plants of this strain (clones) and they all went purple - temp at the lowest could be around 18c overnight, but ive never seen it below 20 even immediately after lights on.

Figure its just them maturing. They smell great and are super frosty.... Hoping they'll put some size/weight on in the next 2-3 weeks

Here we are start of week 7 - left plant has more yellow leaves and more purple sugar leaves (looks to be starting to finish up here soon). Right plant is getting the purple sugar leaves and looking like she def has more time to go. Middle same as right.

Threw another one in yesterday because we may be having the place sold out from under us. Trying to stash as much as i can until we can get set up in our first home. Im medical and legal now as well and looking forward to learning constantly

Just to clarify this, I would never trim anything in flower unless it was dead (like a shaded limb near the bottom). LST or supercrop only to prevent light burn in flower.
When you say supercrop to prevent light burn do you mean top it? Like as in, cut the cola off? Also should you cut off small spindly branches that are much lower than the canopy and not getting much light in week 3 of flower?

Ya the more i though about that.. Theres no way i would just cut the top colas off lol.... As for the spindly guys, depends...

Ive left mine on because im gonna use all my trim and small bottom buds for ice water hash, but thats justs me and im pretty green. Has it hurt the size or the top colas??? Maybe or maybe not.

No. Supercropping is to gently roll the stem between your thumb and forefinger until you can lay the stem over without snapping it. If done properly, all the bud on the stem is preserved and it can actually increase yield on that stem.

Hey.. Been some time since this post, but I harvested recently 2 out of 3 plants and wanted to report my findings

The plant that I left all the leaves on def ended up with a higher yield - its hanging up now. The other one is in jars curing now - just over 2 oz.

Have one that will be finished in a couple days and she looks great one about 3 weeks into flower and shes the best looking plant ive grown yet. Buds are almost already the size of the one i just chopped doen

so to make sure we understand you correctly, you are saying that defoliation decreased your yield?
the "extra" light to the buds didn't make them bigger?
hmmm...

Be careful they can turn on you and end up with hermies. Always do any pruning before the flip wait a week after so the plants have time to recover. Leave fan leaves alone at the end your plant will start to use nutrients stored in them and start to yellow and pluck. Them off as needed. Remember more fan leaves more light that hits them the more food for the plant.
This is an old post but don't listen to this guy ^ prune after the stretch and once bud sites are established...it's not going to hurt shit after that just maintain them by removing big fan leaves

Leaves create bud. They are the solar power panels that drive bud production.
Oh how wrong you are sir...I defoliate the shit out my plants around week 5 and I constantly grow monsters 2 lbs a light just because I don't have the energy to scrog 75 plants since I grow alone if I had help 3 maybe 3.5 per light.

yah don’t listen to me I don’t know anything. but I’ll admit your first picture looks like ass, the second looks like you pulled early and the third looks like heat issues with the foxtailing going on. It appears youve had issues with heat for a bit or light stress? What strains you growing there by chance.
