Leaves rusting then drying out??

This plant has some leaves that are appearing rusty and then drying out completely like you see in the photo. Im only 3 weeks from seed and this was my first feeding but at a small portion of the recommended. Im using fox farm soil and i ph my water to about 6-6.5. What is this and what can I do to keep this from infecting all the leaves?????

Dude! Need white light pics to tell you anything. Just the flash on your phone will be fine. That blurple kills the eyes.

I can see you have heat issues by looking at the other leaves canoeing.
What's up with the fan.. looks like it's pointed right at that leaf, but I never seen wind burn like that personally.

Okay thanks for pointing that heat thing out its possible my light is a little too close ive also noticed that its happening too leaves closest to the light so i’ll trying raising it and see if that does any good
