How many strains?
Which ones have purple stems and petiole?
Do the strains with the light colored leaves have any other discoloration?
I'd postulate that this is a micronutrient issue in the entire grow or maybe you have a diverse set of nutritional requirements at the NPK level.

PS: Your post shoulda been a new thread because this thread was about GanjaDudeLV's leafs. I don't see anything wrong with posting once in this thread that you also have a light stress question and then linking/pointing to your new thread with your questions and pics.
