leaves fliping upside down

after i give my outdoor plants a good water at night the next morning the leaves are very perky and pointing up but a few of the fan leaves flip completly upside down why is this

i do fertilize when i water with the fox farm big grow, i use about a cap for a galon and a half once a week, its not heat streets either cuz it check around 8am, and they never twist during the day when its about 90 degrees and its shaded by a tree

Ya bro mine do the same thing, mine were doing it cause at night when the leaves falls or droops down they get under other leaves. When the suns up they got stuck and by the afternoon when they got loose they were all twisted. So i started to tie it down a lil and it stop doing it..

I don't know, but maybe the fan leaves have gained weight from moisture after they have been watered.
