Not sure, I don't run autos. If you want max yield per run, get a bean you can train under a net and spread it out. That one top bud that you gaze at so lovingly will be 20 top buds. You got the light, now get the process down. I grow in a sip i made myself for around $40, you could fit one right in that corner and have a lovely little self contained, carefree grow. I only add water, no ph measuring, no bottles, no mixing. Just space out staring at the leaves dance in the breeze.

That's only an xs1000 in my veg cabinet dimmed to %75. I could flower under this light I'd I had to. Your new one is a step and a jump above this fixture. The one you ordered has a new lens built in to distribute the light more evenly, perfect for a little sip/screen set up. Spreading out, or training (weather it be lst, scrog, supercrop) will open the plant up and make the whole canopy one big bunch of tops.

Here she is after the stretch. I keep my lights low and turned up to %100 during the first 2 weeks. About 14". I start backing them off an inch a day until I'm around 20". Then dim the light to %75 around the start of week 4. The lights being close minimize the stretch, and maximize my light penetration by keeping them short. Backing them off and dimming after the buds form will ensure the tops don't get fried.
