Leaves drying out in stage 2 PLEASE HELP !! First Timer !

It is normal to see some leaves drying during flower because the plant is using energy to make buds. However, Its hard to tell exactly what is going on here. Are you feeding them? Maybe over watering? Tell us more please ! :D

I am feeding it , tiger bloom , big bloom & grow big , 2x a week , every wensday & saturday , i am watering it everytime i stick my finger in the dirt 2 check if dry .
