Im new to this, so could someone please tell whats wrong with this plant ???

If your in hydro it could be nute lock. Check PH level. If your in soil mabye over watering
or underwatering.

hmmm. the top leaves look like a zink defeciency. look at this page in the growFAQs: https://www.rollitup.org/view.php?pg=faq&cmd=article&id=173

but i think i also see some little yellow dots on the bottom of the leaves that could be spider mites.

What is the duration of the flushout time to correct the lock out?

Just flood the plant with clean filtered water and let it drain twice this should be fine,the area you live in may have hard water,buy a water filter
