Leaves dropping all the time.

Someone help please.! Just started my first indoor grow setup.
Details on setup. 4x4 grow tent
2 1000 watt led lights
Exhaust fan with circulating fans installed. 4 plants total. I've been noticing my leaves are always dropping never pointing out.
They are in 25L felt pots temp inside is 24C lights on at 50RH. 18hrs on 6 off. Atnight time i noticed the temp dropping to 16C. Soil is pro mix with worm castings an mycorrhizae soil . I watered last night using tap water phd to 6.5. See attached photos taken today.
Also lights are at 30 inches above plants. I attached the par specs for my lights as well any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey Mr beep!

2000 watts seems like a lot for two plants - perhaps that's the led watts and not the watts drawn from the wall. Check the back of your lights for details.

Looks like heat stress, wait for more input.

4 plants. Yea they say 1000 watt but they are only putting out i think 150 watts at the wall...I can't remember now

I just started to feed them root farm base an all purpose. Started them at 2mlfor first feeding last night. I also just picked up cal-mag but not sure how to feed them properly with out over watering as I thought maybe my issue was overwatering but not sure
 
Use the CalMag in your next watering. If you just fed them, be patient now. The purple stems generally suggest an Mg issue.

How long have they been in those pots?
 
it's light stress
too much lumens
nothing to do with heat. heat/dry stress will make leaves tacoing
turn off one light

your plants are working too hard everyday thats why they look sick/tired

I will give it a shot! It's also been only 7 days I transplanted them may 7 .

Too cold for led. Bump it up to 28c day 25c night... oscillating fan 247. They will perk up

Yep, fingertipping.

Cut back on the nutes a bit. Give them a watering with no nutes to use up the extra fertilizer.

Nobody has asked you if these are the same lights they've been under since day 1. Nobody asked you how close those lights were and if they have been adjusted at all , especially right before this issue.... Nobody asked you how much water you're giving them, or how often. Which indicators you use to know when. If I had to guess, I'd say you're heavily underwatering. When the branches of the plant, rather than the leaves, begin to wilt... It's usually from being underwatered, compared to leaves drooping when you overwater. Both over and underwatering can cause the burning. Yes lights will cause a plant to wilt, too. You could have a plethora of issues here. More info is really needed.

When I got as close ea they have been under same light since may 7. They were at 26 inches above until may 12 then I raised to 30 inches. Watering ive only given phd water at 6.5 . With one watering with 2ml of root farm all purpose an 2ml base. Water only 1L per plant an have watered twice only as I thought they were over watered

There's def a red flag if the pots are 25L and you're only giving them 1L a piece. They seem to have filled the pot out pretty well. You should start giving those pots a proper watering to encourage root growth and to make sure the roots stay hydrated and aren't sitting gainst dry nutes/soil.

It depends on how much roots there is, and how far below the actual 25L your soil is, to be honest. But no matter what the amount is, it's going to be whatever amount it takes to wet your entire pot. It's time. For sure. She'll hold water for 3-4 days each time you water. Then before you know it, you'll be soaking it every day with about 25% of the soil volume as she screams for an up-potting.
