Started from seed, Sat November 8th will be 3 weeks. I've had issues ever since I moved them to the Aeroflo. Intially I didn't add any nutes. I have been making changes all the time so it's really hard to give you guys the full picture you need to determine the problem.
I'm using General Hydoponics for the veg stage. These plants are mothers for my 60 site Aeroflo. Ppms are at 333, down from 370 when I changed the rez last (weekly). The nutes solution I used was equal with Micro and Bloom, except for Floro which I added more. 1 x 1000w MH running at about 2ft from the largest plant. pH for themostpart has been at 6.1-6.2 until recently I decided to keep it at 5.7-5.8. I just bought an air conditioner and the room is at 75F, 35% humidity. Previous to the air conditioner, it was ~85F, little higher humidity. I re-did the intake, there is a 6" inline fan (160CFM) coming from another room that has an open window. Exhaust (250CFM) was cooling the lights and running at 15min on 15min off. I changed that and now I don't know how often to run the exhaust. The intake air is running constantly. I have had the pump at 15min on 15min off, but I just changed it to 24/7. The chambers are set so they drain 100% when the pump is off. I have an airstone in the rez. Rez water is ~71F and I fill about 40gal. Water and nutes are mixed a few days before implementing.
early problem:

Some residue, looks like from hydroton:
Curling/Drooping and some small burns:
