Leaves died, fell off

I had two clones that were doing okay in rockwool cubes...then i transplanted them to some cups, maybe a little too late....then i decided to start adding some fertilizer to the water to help and I think i added too much because the leaves started turning brown then fell off...the stem is still there...do you think they will survive to grow new leaves????
