Leaves darkening and curling and some have spots

I need some help anyone. I'm new to this and not sure if this issue I'm lookin at is a major issue or not. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The first two pics are the leaves with the spots and the second two are turning dark green and appear to be curling. Please help.
