leaves curling. still green. help please

This is happening to one of the ladies I have growing. I dont know why.
Its been like this for at least a few days. It seems like its stunted. Not getting any worse or better....for now.
Any guesses?

over watering, root rot, or a pest but id cut back on watering it to see if it helps first
