Leaves curling on plants! What's wrong!

Temp is 78-83 w/ lights on w/ RH of 60-70, lights off temp is 68-75 w/ RH of around 58-62. I recently had a nitrogen toxity and I flushed out with pH water of 6.6. They bounced back pretty quick, still have some dark glossy leaves but they're coming back. I just fed them the other day w/ HALF the nutrient dosage per gallon and they seem to be fine other than the fact that HELLA leaves started curling upwards. What could cause this problem? Today is week 4 day 1 in Veg mode, I will veg for this last week and begin flowering.
Please help! Here are a bunch of photos attached.
ALSO, my plants are about 36 in from the light (KIND LED 750w) and my plants stand about 12-13in. Shouldn't they be much taller during this time (it's my first grow) or is this normal? Is the light too far away?

maybe try feeding them a bit less

are you ph`ing your water/feed ?

What are you feeding them and how often ?

are they in dirt or coco/perlite ?

Do you let them get really dry or just the dry side of dam ?

some plants in smaller sacks can`t really take getting too dry but then if you over water you`ll get worse problems

I find B-vits can help reduce the stress reactions but only if you`ve fixed the issues causing most of the problems

Yes they have a fan blowing near them,
They're in soil, pH of soil is 7 when I check it. In 3 gallon pots. I feed them 2cups each every 2-3 days

I just fed them today 4 cups each to boost the amount. I turned the fans lower so they wouldn't blow as hard and my temp/humidity still good. However, i noticed that now, one of the leaves has these spots on it. Any idea what is going on with my grow?? This shit is killing me, lol.
