You've got the right idea going. That method leaves some chlorine and fluoride left in water, and all the chloramine. A dechloranator with active carbon filter or an reverse osmosis are the only ways to really get all of it out.

The florist said that, the soil has basic nurtients and a plant can easily grows in it. Has not only peat. I add my own perlite after buy it. The soils ph cant be so low cos i see they are growing fast.. yes stopped growlng vertically because i have new light and i designed a cooler reflector for get more light.

Turkey's city water has very intense chlorine. I compelled to wait water. Also I cant use plastic water that have sodium.. need an osmosis system...

Nice man, with a little tweaking things will be perking up, even with the little issues the plants are looking nice, you're definitely going down the right path!
