leaves cupping now drooping and turning lighter in color plant granddaddy purple

my plant looked very healthy but not growing like i thought it should so i did a flush my first run off had a ppm of the mid 2000"s. It took me 16 Gallon R.O. water 5.8 ph to get the ppm down to 145 ppm. added my last Gallon i added had nutrients next morning had cupping day after that bad drooping same today? I know it had to do with the flush but my plant looks bad what to do. My first grow.

Overwatered let it dry for a week

OK great thank you for the reply, i thought that's what was going on.

it been over a week now plant still looks a little worse leaves are starting to turn yellow older bottom leaves? I used a meter the outer edges are dry .1 on the meter near the plant its in the green range at .5 should it not be showing some sign of moisture uptake?
