Here I am again.

I gave them GH Trio nute solution dosed according to the new GH chart for late growth four days ago, this past Tuesday.

EC was 1.6 and PH was 6.5.

Temps are between 64 and 69F.

Eight plants are in soil, 100% Promix HP CC. But eight others are also in the cloner and they too canoe. The cloner holds about 1.125 gallons of solution.

Humidity is around 45% RH.

The lights are 400W Updayday LED set to lowest setting 2' above the tops.

With what I have to go on. So far today I raised the lights and then powered them up to 50%. This will help bring the temps up into the low 70F range and also help to raise humidity.

I'm going to dump the solution from the cloner and replace it with new solution. I'll make the new solution PH 6.5 and I'll try to cut EC in half by using only half the recommended dosages on the new GH chart.

Any tips or clues?

The cloner solution exchange.

Started with 8.1 PH water.

Reverted back to early growth dosage on the new GH trio chart.. Let sit for five minutes PH was now 7.3.

Added 1ml of fish aquarium PH down and waited 10 minutes. PH was now 6.9.

Added another 1ml PH down, waited, PH was now 6.3. From reading this forum I decided for a PH range of between 6.2 and 6.5.

Measured EC @ 1.1.

Raising and increasing the light power has increased temp to 74.3F.
 
Gave the eight soils a bunch of plain water. But not to run-off.

Will post pics in 6 to 8 hours.
 
I grow in Pro Mix HP and my plants like 6.2. I'm also using GH Flora using the chart on medium feed. You have to work on upping humidity and temps (I would back away the light and blast them 100%). Don't be scared to let it dry out and the plant tell you it needs to be feed/watered. I feed feed/ water or sometimes water water /feed it all depends. Do you have an inline fan for good air exchange? I have never had the problem you have and I'm not an experienced enough grower to tell you what those leaves are telling you. Also, when I find something is wrong with my plants I water all the way till run off.

I initially saw crazy light reaction. 2" above tops. And thought severe dehydration.

I see too much light, nutes and water after reading. Stop ph'ing water beyond the tap to confirm it is within 6.6 - 8.0. Soil will compensate. And I recall a stabilizer in those nutes. I think.

K.I.S.S.. Less is more.

Clones and seedlings don’t need much of anything except to not dry out. I got tired of the aerocloner noise. Got a timer and ran it 15 minutes on and 45 off. They rooted just fine.

Of the choices, I'm choosing over fertilization as the most visible issue.

In the cloner I diluted EC to .6 with tap water which made the PH rise to 7.1.

To resolve the humidity/heat issue I raised the lights all the way up > turned the lights to 100%. The temp has already climbed to 77F.
 
Cloners don't need nutes, the clones have no roots for uptake. A rooting hormone like clonex would be better.
I use plain water with a couple drops of bleach.

Honey is thought to be a root stimulator with anti septic and water retaining sealing properties. Long time urban legend and wives tail.
I've used it. No real difference in root growth. At least my side by sides with water, honey and root tone.

I only use it because I always have it and saves a 50 mile trip to town for cloning gel or powder. But it works. It’s not a super trick. Just handy.

Do not worry about pH in the aerocloner. Just spray and wait.

The cloner is stuffed with roots of the clones. The cuttings were taken over a month ago. The clones, now plants have needed to be transplanted into red Solo cups. But I'm out of lights so the now plants remain in the cloner under the lights with the others.

My clone rate is 100% starting with Clonex.
