Leaves changing color, getting older or else?

Guys so just to give u an update! Harvested 2 weeks ago, tried troday for the first time! It is great!

Overall 54gr! A lot more than I was expecting, taste good and effect quite strong!

I think I also figure out the issue with the leaves and so on... My pH meter was broken, so I guess she probably had pH perfect but I was keeping giving vinegar bringing probably it down as hell.. anyway happy! Thanks u all! Going to do a new thread for the next plant
