Leaves are wrinkling, need answers

The oldest, lowest leaves on my plant are starting to wrinkle inward, and feel kind of dry. I don't think I am, but am I under watering? Or do I need to spray the leaves with water? Please help.

are they curling up or down? any discoloration? whats your Soil PH? Also whats the water PH? How old is the plant? Is it Vegging or Flowering? What Nutes are you Using? what soil or medium?

The leaves are curling upward, with no discoloring. It's 2 weeks old, and I'm using some kind of "all purpose potting soil". I can't get the pH level right now.

I think I figured it out. I transplanted the plant into a bigger pot and it looks like the roots were going out as far as they could, maybe some couldn't reach the water. This is probably why some leaves were wrinkling. I was only watering around the base of the stem and not the whole pot. (I know, really stupid)

I think I've learned something today.
