leaves are droopy! help

hi my question is my plants seem to droop a little bit before lights out , they seem to be fine all day just near the end of the night i noticed there drooping quite a bit! any answers would be greatly appreciate it, i dont think it was being overwatered but i had problems with fungus gnats, and i noticed that the soil deeper in the pot doesnt seem to be drying like it should when i rewater and the last time i watered was monday, but my temp seemds to stay around 75-77 any ideas? root rot? and i also noticed the bottom leaves are turning yellow on a couple of my plants!

harvey... to water your plant without overwatering, you need to check the moisture level in the soil below the surface. so if your questioning yourself about whether or not to water, simply push your finger down about 2" into the soil. if it's at all moist there, leave her go and check again the next day. if it's dry that far down, water. it's nearly impossible to overwater using this method. also, you want to water plant until water drips, not pours out of drainage holes in container. as soon as water leaves the container, your done. good luck and keep on growin..... :)

i also noticed the soil got a little compacted over time would that be a problem also
it is best for the soil not to be to compact as its harder for the roots to pass through it, but when you ''pot on to larger pots in the future'' just make it looser'' all will be fine.

Some of mine start to droop about an hour or so before lights out also. I think it just has to do with the internal clock that all living things possess.
