Leaves are curling

Hy guys I'm trying to understand why there are curling like this, I was reading and from what I understand they say is to low water. Here are some specs from my medium.

- 400W Dual Spectrum Light
- 90-100cm distance from the top of the plant to the light
- 55-65% humidity
- Temp. 24-28 Celsius

Hope will be better.

Looks pretty healthy homey, I wouldn't want to change anything.

they look good, i would say heat but not with your temps. do you have a strong fan directly on them? that could cause excessive transpiration. But yeah they do look healthy as is

No I don't use fan only open window to make a sweet circulation if i turn on my fan the humidity will go down like 45-50 so I keep window open and humidity 60-66
