Neem oil. Ratio on the bottle. Spray at sundown.
Talc can clog up the stomata especially if it gets humid.
Insecticidal soap.
Both are good to keep around, especially with outdoor grows.

I am not convinced this is insect activity.
Looks more like advanced calcium deficiency.

Have you looked with magnification?
If you've got bugs, it shouldn't take long to find them...

Looks like weevil damage. If so, they're small, beetle like with long pointy snouts. Hard to miss if they're on you're plants.

I get that cannabis has a lot of tiny pests, but this is the work of a larger insect, likely some caterpillar

For general use can you use that rose hip spray (the natural spray for fruit and veggies) on your weed plants before flower to help them be protected from bugs?

I used silica to help and they are really tougher than i have had in the past. So that cant hurt.

I had something similar to this happening to my plant , they are leaf chewing bees , neem or soap did not kill them for me . but I nuke them with systemic pesticide (all RIP) but guys here told me I ruined my plant because of using systemic pesticide . surprisingly they love eat canna plant

Don’t know if it’s exactly the same, but we have similar looking holes in the interior of leaves in bok choy in our veggie garden that’s caused by loopers (inch worms). Rotating neem and spinosad spraying has worked well so far.
