Leaf Septoria / Yellow Leaf?

Hi, everyone
Hope you guys and girls are well.
Recently I noticed a few spotting on my leaf. Could it be Leaf Septoria ? Or Mag deficiency ? What you guys think ?

Temp around 80F
pH 5.8 - 6.2 ranges
(Honestly been lazy pH higher)

No professional here, but it does look like a mag deficiency.

First address this:

"pH 5.8 - 6.2 ranges
(Honestly been lazy pH higher)".........you can't be lazy with this, growing the way you are. You'll need to dial this in correctly for your grow, but don't be lazy about it. It matters.

As important, show a full plant picture if possible; 3 leaves make determining anything difficult.

BTW, no to the Septoria, in my opinion.
