Leaf pruning during flowering

My girl's been flowering for almost 4 weeks now and progressing nicely. Yesterday I tied down 3-4 of the main branches so the buds will grow up and get more light....basically the branches are straight out from the plant.

Even tho more plant is exposed to the sun, there are so many leaves along the branches that some of the buds are covered up. Do I want to leave these alone, or remove excess leaf material so the buds get more sun?

Don't cut leaves off. Remember that the sun is moving across the sky and hitting your plant at different angles. Leaves help process light and turn it into energy for your plants.

Some do and some don't trim. Ask yourself what happens in nature. I only trim leaves that are directly covering a upper bud site, so on 1 plant I might remove 5 or 6 fan leaves. The lower buds which don't get enough light get turned into Hash.

Thanks....So far the only leaves I've removed are the yellowing fan leaves and a couple that got burned from using Tiger Bloom. The instructions say 2-4 teaspoons per gallon. In an 8 gallon container with Fox Farms Ocean soil, even one teaspoon per gallon borders on too much every other day/watering

It has been HOT here in the L. a. area.
My plants that face West have many shade leafs that have turned yellow.
No longer growing and of no real use I cut them off.
More sun now reaches the inner buds.
