Leaf problems/ can't diagnose

Having some issues with my plants. They're about a month and half old, in soil, from bag seed. The leaves are getting weird goldish/ yellow/ brown spots. Top to bottom on the plant. The new growth leaves are curling and disfiguring. And some of the leaves are curling at the tips and on the sides like a hotdog bun. Will provide pictures.

I'm fairly certain the curling might be they were just thirsty, and the spots might be because my wife gave them nutrients off schedule only 5 days after I did, but I figured I'd pick the brains of the maryjane wizards on this site

From what youre saying, I would say its calcium deficiency. But it is infinitely more easy to diagnose a problem if we see some pictures.

Your soil is neutral, and you want it around 6.5 - so stop using the ph up and let it go down some more.
Them small yellow bloches looks like spidermites eating the undersides, so check for that if you have a lense, or see little black dots that move or webbing.
Just my thoughts..

Use Insta-green, it has all the elements that yellowing plants are missing....Calcium, Mag, sulphur, Iron, Nitrogen. I would spray it on with the lights off as well as treating the plant for pests systemically. It works quickly and it is inexpensive.
