leaf gobblers.thrips?

hello fellow stoneheeeds ,,

for some reason ive got a few little holes in some leafs on 1 of my plants,,

i havent got a camera good enough to photo the damage, my cam dont focus,

so i was wodering if any one has any pictures of thrip damage or any other bug damage to leafs that they could post

what type of bugs damage leafs on indoor grows?

all i know of is thrips and mites and ive never had either, the little cunts,,

iv attached a pic of my little crop anyway, let me know what u think,, they actually 4foot tall and went into 12/12 4days ago

sweet +rep,, i seen some white poo dots on a leaf earlier im sure but it could of just been some paint dust from when i moved the reflector up the edge scraped the paint a little,,, it just wiped off the leafs easily tho,, thers 2 kinds ov flying bugs living in my grow room ,
one is like a little black thing and the other is same size but brown, what does a thrip look like,, the damage looks like summt is munching leafs.. not little dots on leafs,,

i kill the fly things and they come back from the dead,, i think ive got a few gnats too, how do i zap them?
