Leaf curling on bud site

Hello, everyone this is my first grow and so far I have had no problems, the strain is feminized white widow from greenhouse seeds. This is my 5th week of flowering under a 150 watt HPS in a growing medium of vermiculite perlite and cocoa coir, through all of the vegetative and 3 weeks of flowering I have relied on the same 2 lbs. of worm castings I added several weeks into the vegetative growth to serve as nutrients. In this past week I've been using AN's PH perfect Grow, Micro and Bloom along with bud candy, carboload and Organic B1 (I got it all for $35 of someone from eBay who included the bud candy, carboload and Organic B1 for free). Ever since I started using the AN I have noticed the bud sites have begun to put on significant mass. I started with half strength and moved to the full strength as directed on the bottle. I include the nutes with every watering and have been watering every 3 days, which is around the time it takes 2-3 inches into the soilless mixture to dry out. The ambient temperature of the room is around 80 degrees and the light is about 6 inches from the top of the highest bud site.

My Problem is that just recently, I have noticed only on the tallest bud site near the top the very tiny leafs are beginning to curl up sort of like canoes and some are taking on a strange shape. Now I am not sure if this is something serious or I am just worrying about nothing. I have tried to find some information about this but mostly everything I have found is talking about fan leafs and the other larger leafs not the tiny ones. From what I have read though, it ranges from temperatures being too high, PH problem too many nutes etc. I am unable to test the PH now because I lack a PH tester. The thing that I am not exactly understanding though is that why would this affect only the top of one bud site and not the entire plant. I was thinking maybe the light is too close but two of the other bud sites are just as close and when I place my hand under the light at around the same height as the plant and leave it there for a min or two I barely notice any heat.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? I have included a few pictures, I tried to get as close of a shot as possible but for some reason the camera refused to focus.
Thanks in advanced for any help I could get.

I managed to get the temp down to around 75 degrees, i'm noticing that on the the top of the tallest bud site more growth has begun and looks sort of strange. The first 5 Images are of that bud site.
