ive had my babies in 3inch rock wool blocks for a couple of weeks i think they should have moved to my system but its not ready yet. they have been looking great but now there starting to cup and curl on the leaf edges. some of them the new growth is a bit distorted twisted even. im thinking they are probably root bound but would like some advice off some pros please.
Also some of them have little brown/yellow leaf edges. not much tho and was thinking this could be from been root bound or a calcium def. im unsure. its soft water im using with canna soft water nutes so i think i got prety good shizzle.

any help will be greatly appreciated Cheers Krumbz

pictures would help man, it's hard to see what your problem is with just your description.

just off the cuff i'd say your over-feeding, clawing of the leaves is usually a sign of over-feeding or heat stress and i'd assume you already know how to determine if your lights are too close.

...it could also be some kind of lockout caused by your ph being out of whack but again, without pictures its hard to do anything but guess.

yes 1.2 / 1.4 EC
its more the serated leaf tips that are curling up and inwards not the whole leaf.
some are leaves are clawed downwards with a purple hue to the leaf stems thats only on 1 or 2 of them 1 of which is defo grape fruit
ive got bout 5 differnt strains here.

leaves curling downward is a sign of likely over-ferting, leaves curling upward are a likely sign of heat stress.

and cut back your EC to 1.0 and see if that helps, i'd bet it will.
