overwatering is the issue fersure, i did that first grow and leaves had the exact same droop

should let it dry a good few days or until the first inch or two of soils dry then water it throughly just until you see slight water come out the holes, then wait till drys again and repeat, make sure pot has air holes

Salt build up Is the issue .. Not enough runoff with watering ..
