yea but i just switched it up to four 26 watt 6500k thats 4200 lumens2ft and i just germed another bag seed its a mystrey but idk i like cfls for veggin but i plan on switchin to hps for flowerin though im going to get a complete set from a website for like 160 buccs max

90 degrees is too hot, you want it to be at around 70 degrees. If it looked like a pinched sprout, it was possibly pythium, which may have been caused by the heat, and over watering. It may have simply died from heat. I don't see pythium a lot in soil.

Yep, keep on trying, and changing things up, that's how we learn what will work. You'll get things figured out soon enough. The very early stages of the grow are the most difficult, imo... seedlings can be very delicate, and have to be watched carefully until they settle in and can start really growing.
