laws for seed production??

hi everyone...

i just read a few things on growing in the netherlands and didnt realise it was actually illegal there. ..this made me wonder if the production of seeds were also illegal? or wether this is classed as ok due to the fact that no weed is smoked as its only grow for the purpose of reproduction.

anyway....i looked on google for a while and ive found nothing, even the laws for weed in the dam on wiki dont state anythin on seed production.

so..does anyone have any info on this? it would be a great read i think! id like to learn more about it.

It's illegal to grow the marijuana and the seeds are seen as a product of cultivation of marijuana as far as I know.
It is NOT illegal to posess the seeds, but germination is the point where it becomes illegal again
