Currently growing in Costa Rica (since 2007) I have been moving them inside each evening and outside each morning. I know it is a real pain in the ass but with growing conditions in the mountains it is the easiest way to ensure a harvest. So in doing this I can when the weather is really crappy outside, I can leave them inside under lights and move when the weather is good. I feel this is the best of both worlds and don't mind the extra work for my girls. Being in Florida and with your current temp swings in the fall this method should suit you to a tee. Just remember when moving inside at night or during the day to keep the air moving, small fan or something for the mold which will be a problem in still air. One last thing if your plants have been in the sun, allow them to cool down outside in the shade before you put inside. I say this because your girl will have much warmer leaves than the outside temp, radiate heating from the sun, sitting straight into the deep shade quickly or inside can cause condensation on your plant even if it is hard to see.
