Question 1: How did your landlord find out?
Question 2: Were you civil in your discussion with him?

Advice 1: Comply with your landlord. I don't think you have much of a choice. Good luck.

how far along are the plants? besides if the cops come out dont go out!!! dont open the door and also.. they need a warrant also... the landlord will have to give you a notice before he can come in to the house or place you at?

Put them out in the bush ASAP . If cops come tell them you don't know what they're talking about.

Nine plants a month in? I might just move them little girls to a different spot and flip the lights to flower. At least youd get somthin off em even if you have to split it with whoever helps ya out with a closet for them. :):):)

work out how much cash your going to earn... offer him 5 % of your over all proffits as a first offer and 10 % as your final offer... i assume all your shit is leagal and safe looking (not a fire hazard)... He's a business man and this is buisness... treat it as such... even if its only a few quid extra... work it out over a year and be like.... ''sure its only 50 bucks a week but thats 2600 CASH in your pocket over the next year ... take the family on holiday... ''

As much as it doesn't fit with my personal philosophies, that sounds like solid advice. Sell it to the landlord like that and the majority will snap it up imo.

Yeah... a friend had a similar situation here in ireland where opinions are no where near as liberal to bud to that of the states or cali... same shit... landlord called round and saw the grow....i just happened to be there and he lost the plot and was about to phone the gardai over 8 plants so we calmed him down.... sat him down and talked about the whole cannabis culture thing, and how in fact buy growing a small amount to sell to friends actually stopped the money going into organized crime and showed him a few internet reports about the history and prohibition... the guy was an old fasioned farmer type and like every one in ireland was struggling for cash so we lied about the real value of the crop and said we could give him an extra 20 euro a week on to of the 100 rent... he wanted 50 but settled on 30... he's up 1500 a year and my mate now live basically fear free now.... They guy even suggested that he could run an extention lead from the barn next door so he could grow more without the electric company knowing / getting suspicious...... my friend thanked him for the offer but turned him down.... Its all about the GREEN

damn that sucks, at least it worked out in the end, you could of had a possible civil suit against him if he took other action against your rights, but in the end I think his lawyer gave him the right advice.
