lady bugs

i just found a lady bug on my cfl grow should i take it off? i think i remmeber reading saying they ate mites and were good. i dont think i have any bug problems to begin with sooo should i take her off?

They are great for your garden.

They'll eat things that you can't even see.

If you have them in your garden, leave them.
