lady bugs

hello everyone well i say some stipling and some mites so i go and gram my bag of lady bugs...and i waited...and i waited butthey never started moving...i think theyre dead but theyve also been in the fridge for amonth or 2 are they alive but really frozen? should i tossem out back (just in case)....do they have a shelf life even when theyre frozen?
