I'd say that for size u get more with clones so u could put more outdoors however my seed plants were heavier but huge. You can get a good long veg period with the clones as I find the root system smaller than with seeds.

Hola Guapo!! Que tal mi amigo?

Yes we have a lot of different types here, mainly influenced from Holland and UK. Jamaican Dream is Spanish and from Eva seeds. I dont know anything like it. I think the Caribe are Spanish but I don't like them and they're still growing. Fed them EC 2.1 today as it has rained for days. The White Russian and Double Dutch are from Serious Seeds, one of my favourite companies. Then there was Dutch Cheese which was lovely but not an indoor choice. Too slow and too light. I got good feedback on all but especially the JD and white Russian. My outdoor cheese was better than the indoor cheese in the club today so I've secured my rep!!

Have u chopped yours yet? What did you get back in grams?
Hola mi gorgeoso amiga !

Yes, you definitely have a variety of strains that are native to the area. Serious seeds is a great seed bank with a great reputation, you can't go wrong with their genetics.

I have chopped my mr. nice, but not my White Widow. She's still going strong in her finishing stages, and I'm waiting for all the white hairs to recede and turn a magnificent red colour ! Smells soooooo amazing my friend, you would love ;) skunky with a hint of lime !
Haven't got a total weight on the Mr. Nice, as I am finishing trimming today on the bigger buds and colas. I'm assuming about a 1/4 pound from the looks of it, which is just fine by me. I have really enjoyed learning about cultivating, and am very appreciative for all the help I've received from all the fellow RIU members. Definitely going to make it a yearly project :-D

BTW, I'm glad your outdoor is getting good praise, and reviews. Each year will just get better!

Cougarlife is the way to live my friend ! LOL!!

I also noticed that the roots of the clones was very limited compairing them with the the plants from seed, but the colas were huge the same. Also the clones are more easy to control from caterpillars.
As I've told you my Power kush clone gave me 120 gr from a 12 lit pot but now I see that my Original Amnesia clone is HUGE, probably I will have much much more in the same 12 lit pot.

I've seen somewhere in your photos that you've placed two clones together in one single pot, so I was wondering how they developed. Can you have two clones together in rather big pot (50 lit)?

The white Russian was two clones in a pot and that returned the most. I'm pretty sure it would've been the same with just one clone. I would definitely recommend several clones in a larger pot but not seeds. All clones must be the same pheno- this is very important coz they may need different feeds and can't be separated afterwards. I've tried this will window boxes for fun with about 5 short clones. They are easier to check for caterpillars. Next year I would prob just use clones.

Ok I'll do that next time and Ofcourse the clones will be the same pheno. And also I'm thinking on having only clones. Did you get my pm?

Hi Guys!! Hope you've had a good day. Mine has been so boring as I went to the Dr to learn that I have bronchitis and the rest of the day I've been chopping a Caribe. It even had dark purple leaves whilst the other one is nowhere near ready. Supposed to be end Oct to beg Nov but she's ready. I took photos and will upload tomorrow. This plant is nearly full Sat and I don't even like it, the caterpillars don't even like it. Why did I bother just coz they were birthday present seeds from last year. So you can imagine what my friends are like if I get presents like that! Proof is in the pudding and I have some Sativa customers privately. It may be really nice but it just smells weak and grassy right now. Wouldnt do full on sat next year outdoors for sure.

I'll write a detailed conclusion on this grow very soon. I learnt a lot but would do things differently. I cant complain as it made a few G's!!

I´ve cut one but not the other. I´ll do it next week as it wasn´t ready. The other one went purple from some cold temps apparently but the other one didnt so I put it down to the Blue Mountain in the cross. Its pretty much full on Sativa which is why its taken so long. The seeds were a Birthday present from my friends seed shop. Otherwise I wouldn´t have done it. i just think why bother dragging out your summer harvest if you can be chopped dried and sold by the end of Sept or very early Oct. More on that when I write a conclusion on this years grow.

DSC06883.JPG I really couldnt be bothered with these two.

caribepurple.JPGIt went purple - big bloody deal, I still don´t like it !!

Hey Guys, I was going to cut the Caribe today but I'm going to chop tomorrow with a Canadian friend from British Columbia. She loves her Sativas anyway. I'm so glad I didn't chop it last week as the projected storms amounted to nothing !! I reckon even I could have blow more wind!! The Caribe looks totally different since Thursday last week. Prob not much heavier but more developed.

I still need to write a conclusion on this Summers grow.

So, it looks like my thread is nearly over guys!! Are u gonna miss me? I'll have to start a new thread. I may do one on 'Barcelona weed clubs' so you can have an insight into the mentalness that goes on over here!

Picture update !!

Hi Guys !!!

So, here is the last Caribe and I enjoyed sitting in the garden so much today that I´ll try and stretch the chopping over a couple of days. It was really hot but whn I got dressed this morning it was chilly.

DSC06908.JPGDSC06907.JPGShe was taller than me at 6 ft which is why she leaned over as she grew with all the buds facing upwards.

Hey Teo,

I need to look up these Martianmean green that u have. I'm going to write a conclusion for this project/ experiment. I know exactly how I'd do it differently next year- if I do it!! I didn't do an outdoor grow last year and the year before was not even an effort as I'd not even started growing properly.

The fastest and strongest is the way to go outdoors. I've been really stoned off that Dutch Cheese. Went into a petrol station and had a total mental block as to how much a packet of fags were. They've been €4.65 for ages but I was stumped!'

After seeing those pics can anyone describe to me(if its possible) anywhere in the us thats even similar in weather to spain? Do you even see snow there? I am really impressed with what i see here in this thread, shocked actually. I was watching a program about the wels catfish in the evra becoming monsters, it seems thats not the only thing that the spanish enviroment allows to grow to monster proportions. I agree with scrog the more i see these pics, the more i wanna have that availability, plus to be able to get a chance to catch a 150 lb catfish oh my id be in heaven!
