yep...thats what you want! I will clone it, and the mushrooms that I get from it will have identical dna! Its in the fridge right now in a sterile container..I need to cook up some wbs and LC before I go any further. If you plan on takin clone tissue, do it within 24hrs of pickin. I will post a how-to log later tonight when I have everything ready!

Fuckin sweet bro. It would be awesome to have a whole tray of those beasts!! I'll be lookin for the how-to. I gotta go shoot up my SA, and cook another 6 jars for my first myc transfer.

made up an ereal syringe last night; fucker's purple..... probably too damn tired and stoned to do it tonight, but tomorrow night i'll be making up a few jars; hopefully this will be my first sucessfull attempt at this new hobby... i have good feelings though

i know it wasnt what you had expected, but there were some nice looking shrooms on there

I had an emergency come up, and had to leave town...so clonin the bad boy isnt gonna happen I just got home and here is what the tray looks like...(the light has been off for almost 2 days)...

maybe cloning is for another time

they say you can use the tissue after 48hrs, but I dont wanna chance it...there will be plenty more to clone, expecially with PE...thats about the only way to keep it going! As for the emergency, I had to take a family member something 300miles away..I hate long drives..my ass was killin me by the time I got home..lol

can i flower in the dark or so the need light because i plan on doin this in a small space under my nightstand

You want to keep your temp around 80 to 84, and pitch dark when incubating. When you go to fruit, you drop the temps 10 to 15 degrees, and and induce light(12/12) and keep the humidity in your FC about 90%. For lights flourescents are perfect because they wont put off alot of heat. (if your FC gets too warm, they wont fruit!)

so say i get umm to colunize under the nightstand then move umm to the attic (lower temps under cfls(soft white or daylight) i live in illinois so what month do you think it will reach 70 in my attic

and also can i somehow mix the 2 syringes together the other im giving to a friend

is 60 degree high suffcient and 40 degree low

this is what I came home to...I would try to clone it, but it is covered with spores. BTW, this flush has pretty much grown in total darkness..that was my fault!
