Kool Bloom vs Monster Bloom

In the past years I've been using monster bloom and I love it, but I recently got my hands on some free dry kool bloom. Anyone used both before and have an opinion on which is better?

I haven't used this personally, so I can't give you specifics on what your experience will be, but this is what I've heard from some other growers:

*the pH is hard to control
*plants can burn easily
*it's easy to overfeed

I mean, if you're watching your grow the way you're supposed to, you probably won't have any troubles. I think a lot of these troubles were from growers who didn't know what they were doing.

But then again, you can have these troubles with any nutes, I imagine.

I haven't had any issues with Advanced Nutrients, but that doens't really help your queston, does it? LOL

Well with monster bloom it is hard to control my ph. I wonder if kool bloom is the same
Kool Bloom dry will have no positive or negative affect on your pH . GH also recommends that you do not exceed over 200ppm with KoolBloom dry as it has 'ripeners' in it, whatever that means. From an NPK perspective, they'll both do the same job except I know KB has 1.5% sulfur which contributes to odor and taste in some vegetables.

HB, you've given me some great help on my soil grow and EC levels in the past. I have a tent separated into 2 4'x4' sections and I use a flip box on a 1000w ballast. I have just finished the second side of the flowering tent which is a 4'x4' flood table that sits on a 115 gallon resevoir. I only got a resy this size because I bought it off of someone for relatively nothing. I have just rooted the first half of the table (White Rhino X Sour Bubble) and had already made the mistake of over-filling the resevoir (75 gallons), so first resevoir change I will come down to at least 30 gallons, or until the water level is high enough for my pump to fill the table- I don't want to waste the nutes. My Hydro shop didn't have the Pro-Tek so I supplemented that with Botanicare's Silica Blast. Im using Dyna Grow and Bloom also Great White and Sweet. Can you recommend any boosters?

I really like DG because you don't need boosters when using their grow and bloom formulas. But if using one makes you feel better, check out magpro. I think it's really intended for people who use RO water but it has a 'booster-like' NPK value. It's highly concentrated so I never use more than 2mls gallon.
