King's Kush CBD - end of week 4 and already an issue

Hi guys,

I'm a first-time grower and I would appreciate if you can help me identify what am I doing wrong with my plant. Today is day 27 (the plant is 4 weeks old now) and my plant stopped growing. On top of that I got yellow leaves at the bottom and have no idea what caused it. My guess is nutes deficiency but I do not want to waste my crop because I misdiagnosed the real issue. So let me give you some overview:

Day 27

Strain: Hybrid 70% Indica / 30% Sativa (King's Kush CBD (feminized) from Green House Seeds)
Lights: Amethyst Energy DS 150 400W LED (set currently on Growing cycle)
Indoor
Light schedule: 24h (still in the vegetative mode)
Distance from the plant: 80 cm (I tried 60 and then 70 cm but leaves slightly burnt)
Temperature inside the tent: 23.8 - 26°C
Humidity: 45-68%
Current height of the plant: 19 cm
Soil: Biobizz Light Mix
Solution: Biobizz Bio Grow, Biobizz Bio Heaven, Bio Bizz Top Max (1ml per liter every second watering)
Watering: every 3 days around 200 ml (usually the soil is SLIGHTLY moist but dry at the top)

Some of the leaves are burnt because the first time I added some nutes I think I added 2ml/L instead of one (that was on day 21 - week 3).

My questions are:
1. Why the leaves at the bottom are yellow? Is this ok? Those leaves will be gone soon but how do I prevent the other ones from the same faith?
2. Why the plant suddenly stopped growing at 19 cm? Is it stressed?
3. Since it has only 19 cm - how many more weeks should I keep her on 24h light cycle / growing mode? Should I switch to flowering next week? (day 34 - end of week 5)
4. Overall does it look ok to you? Is it too small? I heard indica strains are more bushy but smaller.

Thanks in advance guys!

I'm not really answering your questions, but you should probably transplant that into a larger container...

Make sure constant ph and transplant to a bigger pot before flower begins also make sure your not always waterlogging the bottom roots i found this a issue when using fabric pots

Your baby needs to rest.

Change your lights to 18/6 for 3 more weeks for a total of 8 in veg and then flip to 12/12. Also repot.

Why does it need rest cannabis is a c3 plant capable of using 24hr light. In veg the only reason to go to 18/6 is to save money.

Hi guys,
Sorry for late reply. The plant is growing despite the yellow leaves at the bottom. I'm in the first week of flowering but it looks like I have now another issue... Perhaps it's more serious one than before but maybe you know what's going on?
Some white dots appeared on the leaves. It looks like white powder and it's slowly spreading. Right now it's on the bottom leaves but I believe if I don't do something it will hit the entire plant. My guess is it's either mold or spidermites. Humidity is between around 60% during the dark cycle and 40-50% when I turn the lights on. pH is the same: 6.2-6.5.

Here is the picture as of today. I read somewhere about the white powdery mildew but I cannot remove any of the dots when using water and papertowel so... maybe it's not mold? Do you know what's happening to her?

If you zoom in you can see leaf surface dmg which indicates bugs.

I had thrips, looks like this, notice the little yellow worm-like fucker lounging down the center....

Yes! You are absolutely right.

Just found one strolling down the leaf. Since I don’t have any buds yet I will try to spray them with Spidermite SMC concentrate... hopefully I can postpone it for some time.

make sure you get under all leaves and stems.
you say your on 24 hr light, don't spray under the light, most recommend at least 6 hours no light after spraying.

good luck!

I hope it worked as I haven’t seen any of them so far.
I have another question actually. I’m wondering about the distance from the LED lights from the plant canopy. I’m using Amethyst Energy DS 150 400W LED and currently the distance is 27 inches (68-69 cm). Is it too high? Is it too low?

I can already spot few pistils but is the color ok? Aren’t they light-burnt or something?

Hi again guys. So I’m in week 5/6 now of flowering and I think something is not right. Are those buds too small for the end of week 5? Not sure if by now those should bigger but maybe you can tell me?
Is there a chance I can make the buds bigger by now?
