Killer looking weed, But not good smoke HELP!

Hey noble smokers I have a very basic question to ask, see I know this guy who has the dankest looking weed I've seen in a while, looks and smells great ya know (looks and smells just like drough, nice fluffy buds, loooong hairs) BUT and heres the thing, It doesn't really smoke worth a shit, so im just wantin to ask:

1. why... And
2. is it tooo late to do somethin to it like dry it more or somethin to make it smoke like how it looks

I know this website is home to the smartest potheads around, yall don't let me down I would really appreciate it!

This is just my opinion, if it has long hairs it probably wasn't done growing. If it got picked early it wasn't to it's full potential.

def prematurely harvested. you could maybe cure it in a glass jar, but i cant guarantee any improvement. does it smell like grass?

was it harvested early? hairs should have receded into bud..youll have some but not dominant...... ..ive had bud that was very hairy but smoked bad cuz it was harved early.

I would say put it in some sealed bags. It will help dry out more evenly and keep it ripe. Maybe that will smooth it out some.

Yea its probably just premature, like I said its got the look of something great but I can see that happening, Maybe I should try to cure it in a mason jar or something, I just cant believe that it doesn't smoke like it looks that really sucks ya know...thanks for the help, I'll put a pic up if I bother getting more of it, yall would see what I mean, the shit stinks up my whole house if its left out on the table lol
