Ok buy some yellow sticky strips at any big store, in the plant section. there cheep.

Get some vinegar or old red wine put in a small narrow necked bottle with wide bottom and leave beside the plant, they will fly in and die.

Let the soil dry out and they will disappear. Set up a small fan to blow gently over the top of the pot. GENTLE!!!!

(your over watering)

1.cut the top off a 2 liter bottle.
2.flip top over and put into bottle so its like a funnel into the bottle.. duct tape the seam
3. Add beer, pop, wine or some liquid to attract them
4. bugs fly in to get to liquid n cant find the way out due to funnel.. die n drown
5. replace bottle regularly n dont use any solids as it can work in reverse n become a breeding bin

Sprinkle diatomaceous earth on your medium, around your catch trays, and anywhere else they hang out. If your growing in soil, the best way to rid your grow of them is to reduce watering.
