Keeping outdoor plants in veg using artificial lights at night?

I just run cheap 10w LED bulbs from sunset to 11:30pm and it keeps my plants in veg with our <12 hour days.

I can’t grow monster plants where I’m at, but I grew these from seed with the ghetto light you see above.
