K Ideas?

So I'm doing a small organic grow currently and its basically water only. I wasn't able to get everything I wanted for the bottom half of the bucket when I planted. So I want to find a cheap, homemade, organic potash blast for the boom without having to mix of 5 gallons of crap and straining the neighbors dog into a bucket.

So whats a good cheap supermarket quick-mix potassium boost that I can throw in when the time comes? Ive read some different things about this, but I would prefer to hear from someone that has been in a similar situation.

I mean, this is just for me. I was thinking to soak some potatoes in water for a bit and try to leach it off. Anyone tried something like that?

molasses is about as good of a potassium source as you can get, and lots of micros as well.
But... just to say it. potassium defs are pretty rare.... you sure that's the problem?

FFHF, pearls, verm, castings, coco, and marine cuisine in bottom 1/2 of buckets. I just want to zap em a little at first boost, something subtle.

Marine cruisine is chem, don't run it if you plan to be fully organic bro. you can buy crabshell or shrimp meal from down to earth for cheap, both have k , and like others say if it don't need it don't feed it . I've learned the hard way, burning plants sets you back and you'll lose weight and have ugly bitches.

Ditch the chem-fert mindset and you'll be fine. Properly amended soil mixes will hardly ever show deficiencies in anything. Pumping a plant with K will only lead to more harder-to-deal-with problems. Let the plant decide what it wants and needs just like in nature.

Yeah you know, that sort of pisses me off actually. I didn't realize the marine cuisine was a chem fert, I just got a little zip-lock of it from a local guy here that I met at a bar. It looked and smelled pretty legit and the dude swears by it. I figured it was a typical fish and crustacean shit. Now I am reading about it.. So yeah, I just moved to this area and don't know anyone or where to find anything here. Fucking guy. In Texas I had some compost going, had years in that heap. Here, I don't really even have a yard and am having to adapt my methods.

Anyway, damage is done. I will have to ride this out now. Everything actually seems fine to my senses, but I really don't like to fuck with chems as a general principle.

All above posters are some of the top organic peeps on RIU. Listen and they will get you to be all organic cheaply. I am doing it... great monkey has helped my more then 100 times as well as hyroot, patta,don p

Its weird I am all over this site organics, newbs, tnt indoor outdoor etc and every other sub forum is usually full of bashing shit talking and carrying on (which I do take part in on occasion). The organic section is just a bunch of cool calm collected people Willing to help and not cause problems it's peacefull in the organic section.

it's sorta counterintuitive too, considering pot-smokers tend to have a mellow reputation. You are right though, the organic section feels more like a family, which honestly we should all be kinda pullin on the same part of the rope in this tug-of-war with the feds and states and such anyways... but I digress.
But i'm just a laid-back kinda guy that is just happy to wake up with a beautiful girlfriend that loves me and a beautiful dog that loves me, we are all healthy and i still have a heartbeat... So yeah... life is short man, we are here to make a damn difference not to be lost in time, unhappiness and obscurity.
Just my take on it anyways.

After thinking about it, i'd speculate it's due to the fact that us cannabis farmers are kinda used to hiding, and doing things all low-key and hush-hush
