Just took a Lab Drug test (UA)... Had some beer 34 hours prior....

I just took a lab ua. FUCK. Im trying to figure out what to do. I had 1 16oz high gravity and a half of another about 34 hours before taking the test. yesterday i drank about a half gallon of water... FUCK SHIT FUCK. I denied alcohol, I just got out of an AODA program, not about to sit 7 days in jail if i dont have to, FUCK that. I need to know if its going to be in my system... I heard 3 days for lab tests so im sitting on the edge of my seat right now, but i dont know if i had enough to stay in my system for 34 hours... I dont know wether to call and come clean or if im good... or if i fail the test if i will have the oppurtunity to take another test, and if i pass that one, claim innocence and say i swallowed some mouth was, or just that theres a mistake with the test....

i want to lol, but its a lab test, you do understand this right? its not just a 5 panel test dip stick... bro i want a bowl so bad right now.

36 hours? so your saying there is a chance its detected right, because it was technically just about 34 hours...? but itd be so minute i could just take another test, clear it and be cool???

NO fucking way... really?

Don't know the answer, but if they say you're hot say, well that can't be I want another test.
Drink 2 GALLONS of water, not a 1/2 gallon and do it the night before, piss all night, also take b-12 to make you piss more and don't fukin drink or smoke.

Drug test are a violation of our 4th Amendment rights! I will not work for an employer who demand such test. That is why I own my own business.

Hemlock - thats what im thinking, another test if all else fails... your right but easier said than done, what they did is pulled a suprise test on my 2 days after a panel test... i drank the night of the panel test. checking my step comming out of AODA. 2 gallons? dully noted. right and the b-12 got some of those... Just deny it to the end then as long as im clean ofcourse for the next one... sure would like to know im clear though... Fuck..

your fine, that amount of alcohol is definetly gone in that amount of time. Your body eliminates about one drink worth of alcohol an hour. If you drank one and a half beers 34 hours ago, even if they were high gravity's with a higher alcohol content than normal, your body has eliminated them by now.

I see two problems here. 1) drinking alcohol isn't illegal for people of AGE and 2) AODA is a youth program in schools right?

hmmmm....I can't help but think this is a youth we're dealing with here fella's.

nah AODA is a drug inpatient program. Papers for a pretty serious fight. Teeth were missing and shit, it wasnt good. i didnt even initiate it. Fucked up system here...

sounds grim, and it is. it was my first fight... i just threw a blow and bam guy was down. plus i was sleeples for the mast 48 hours on addys, so i really wasnt in might right mind but yea he wanted to fight me comming up to me all agressive, so i laid him out, still feel bad about it.

Standard alcohol urine testing detects alcohol use for Urine testing for 6-24 hours. Ethyl glucuronide (EtG), a direct metabolite of alcohol, offers an extended window for detecting consumption. Published studies differ on detection period, stating ranges as long as five days, but research suggests 24 hours is a more practical detection period (Wojcik and Hawthorne, 2007). This test requires expensive equipment to perform and is less widely used.

In September, 2006, the Department of Health and Human Services reported a study questioning the reliability of this method. The study reports: "At issue is whether exposure to alcohol or to the vapors of alcohol in many commercial products, such as personal care items, over-the-counter medications, cleaning products, desserts, wine vinegar, and the like or combinations of these products may cause elevation in EtG or EtS that could appear to be a return to drinking." SAMHSA released an advisory shortly thereafter stating that courts would likely question the admissability of EtG forensic evidence as a consequence of this study. (thanks, C!)

24hrs will be plenty of time. I currently have an interlock on my car and i can drink about 5 beers or so and blow into my car at 5am if I stop drinking around 11pm the night before. I can Guarantee you that they wont find anything as long as you have a healthy liver
