Hello all -

I am currently growing a couple of Dutch Passion autos and just started to run into a slight issue.
Some info to start:

Grow Medium : Greentree Organic Soil ( highly reccomended by experienced grower)
Pots : 5 Gallon Smart Pots
Indoor Grow
Watering Schedule: Every 5 days or so, or as needed if soil is dry.
No nutes have been used yet as this soil will carry itself for several weeks.

They were germinated straight into this soil, so if it was some sort of nutrient burn I think it would have presented itself earlier. Thought it might be a lockout issue so i checked the runoff, it came back with a 6.5-6.6.
Just started appearing on the very tips of only the new growth, existing growth is unaffected.

the burned tips indicates nitrogen burn. take it easy. GL

Is there a reason why it would be showing now and not earlier in the grow? These plants have been in the same soil since germ, no nutes, same watering schedule.

Checking runoff is pointless imho. Check your ph of actual soil and any water going in.

Have any pics of the whole plant or side views of it?

I'm not sure some rust colored spots look like a calcium def and the yellow tips look more like zinc. The bottoms leaves look like they have white specs on them possibly bug damage. I can see a few bugs on your leaves. I can't see them well enough to tell if they're fungus gnats or something worse, but you should check them out if you haven't yet.

The bugs were little flies, not exactly sure what they were, there were only a few of them and ones you are seeing are dead. Used some neem oil / soap mixture to take care of any pests and I have not seen any alive in awhile.
