ohk, some of my seeds have germinated and some have yet too.
they been germin' for about 3 days now
some newb questions now

how long can i leave seeds germinating?

i was planning to plant them in a plastic cup or a pot if i could scrap together the money.
what soil would you recommend i plant it in?

and what nute should i use?

No nutes at first. Money in the way of planters? Look around. All you needs a container with holes in the bottom. Keep it on the small side until growth is well established.
As far as "how long" . . . you should plant them as soon as the tap-root (tail) appears, tap-root

ohk so i would have to cut holes into the bottom of these plastic cups?

the soil i should plant in, what brand would you recommend?

when ppl talk about nute formulas i always see three diffrent digits like"5-0-18" what does tha mean?

it would do good to read the article posted by Widow Maker on general growing. he explains the formula and other questions you might have.

Yeah, whatever soil you use should be drained after watering, so you'll need at least one hole . . . I'm using Miracle Grow moisture control this grow. It's pre-loaded w/time release nutes, up to 90 days worth, making it imperative that I water until it flows out the bottom of the container.
