Anyone ever dealt with this company for customer service? I'm seriously thinking of packing that lemon right away and sending it back and demand a refund. One screw wasn't even actually screwed on the case. It was just in there and fell when I took the thing out of the box. It can't be screwed back on either, the hole is too big.
What do you guys think? Do I even try to get this thing to work or should I just send it back and demand a refund?
Any ideas, suggestions, recommendations?
EDIT: after searching a lot, I realized this has happened to other people. Apparently, the power supplies can be knocked loose during transportation. The box I received was pretty banged up and even had a boot mark on it (DHL is the worst shipping company in the world, they handled the box like it was trash).
I talked to Dave from GrowPerfect, he sent me two replacement power supplies (I just need one) the same day. They should get here within a week.
I'll update when I receive them.
