Just Ordered From Castle Seeds

I've been pretty nervous about buying seeds, but I went ahead and took the plunge and ordered from Castle Seeds after some good things I read about really fast shipping. Picked up 12 seeds of BC Bud Depot's Ultimate Purple. My favorite strain I've ever smoked is Grape Ape, but that seems to be clone only, so I'm hoping this Ultimate Purple will be just as good for my stress and anxiety!

I just recieved my package from Castle seeds which I should have received a month ago but they failed to send it for one month and then after ignoring me for that time finally made it right and sent it to me. I received it today after about 2 1/2 weeks (from them posting it) and I came to find they only gave me 9 feminized seeds instead of ten. Also I was told my order would remain in the original breeders pack (which comes with 10 seeds) only to find it was removed from the pack and a seed was missing. Shipping was sort of stealthy because it was sandwiched between two very thin mouse pads however, this does not protect the seeds at all. The seeds can very easily be crushed and thus rendered useless. Thankfully, this was not the case with mine although I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from Castle again. Going to contact the company and see it they will make this right but I do not expect much because of the other issues that I have with Castle prior to me actually receiving the package. In a way I am glad this happened, so I could learn not to waste my money with them. Hope this helps anyone who has doubts or similar experiences with this company.

Castle contacted me and apologized for the mixup and let me choose a replacement seed from Seedsman. He also said he threw in a few extras. So overall I am pleased with their service but I am not into the thin packaging and it's potential to allow possible damage to the seeds.
 
Just wanted to update everyone and say I received my order from Castle with no problems at all. I emailed them since I didn't get a tracking number and they responded very quickly explaining the situation to me. I was happy with their reasoning and their support staff was really friendly. As for the packaging, I didn't have a problem with it at all. No damaged seeds or anything, but then again I only ordered 10 seeds (and got 12, so that was cool), so I can't say for large orders.
