Yes look into this, is the green rush here and when i mean rush its rushed because they need to put out MMJ by December and every company is short staffed. But im sure theres gonna be more red tape. Theve delayed it for 2 years now its going into year 3 of a 4 year pilot program that might just fizz out if these investors dont get staffed soon. So they are in a hurry to staff a shit load of ppl.

The other negative is that they had to build huge plants from the ground up so theres just a hand full of companies that are highering now but theres supposed to be 22 all together.

Everyone thinks the cannabis industry is extremely fruitful.. No one is going to pay 20 dollars an hour for a pothead that doesn't know how to grow.. 20 bucks an hour can get you a skilled person in the industry... I would be sketchy on the situation... In most cases helpers get paid depending on how the harvest went.. And most of the time they are unhappy with the pay because they think the grower is getting Oprah rich. Be up front with what you can provide and what your expecting to get. Don't take I OWE YOUs

Well 20hr is good pay but its about being in the MMJ scene here in Illinois, the movement is gonna be bigger than the pay. Awsome opportunity!

Mmj is only a good opportunity if you do it for yourself . 9/10 times in the industry , helpers get used, filled with promises that won't get met, and under paid. If you are unskilled and someone is offering you 20 an hour to work in a cannabis garden, take that job, and consider yourself lucky and the exception not the rule

even if you had the job for a few months, it'd be interesting to work in a section of a gro warehouse. if u cld manage part, or most of it, well, you'd prolly end up making more than the 20. plus u cld do your own thing on the side.Tham, right?
