Just broke dirt should , i pit under light or wait a few more days?

These are two white widows and one wonder woman, the womnder woman is the tall one....not in rockwool cube....please help, these just broke dirt yesterday, should , i put in pots and under lights? I'd put them under fluros for a few weeks but ya some type of light thats how plants live lol

He meant should he leave them inside and therefore living off the light in the house or put them under a growing light ..

I'd put them under grow light. Close enough not to cause stretching and far enough not to cause heat stress

Flouro's or CFL's are ideal for supplying light to seedlings without causing them distress.

Puff.

400w is a waste of power for seedlings. Just put them under some 20w cfl's.

Get just the regular,cheap, cfl and put office inch away. Oh make a good with foil for it
